What is the typical lead time for an order?

For items available in stock, delivery is completed within 2 business days. For products not currently in stock, the standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product configuration. For custom configurations or larger orders, delivery schedules are confirmed individually, contact us for a precise timeline.

Do you deliver to countries outside the European Union?

Yes. Orders for non-EU destinations are fulfilled on EXW (Ex Works) terms, goods are made available at our facility in Giarmata Vii, Timis County, Romania, and the buyer arranges transport and handles customs clearance on their end.
