Cleanroom Stool for Flexible, ESD Safe Seating in Cleanroom Environments
The Cleanroom Stool is designed for cleanroom workplaces where flexibility and mobility are required. It carries the Tested Device seal of approval for use in cleanrooms, with sealed upholstery using back foaming technology and smooth, sealed surfaces that reliably avoid particle emissions. It is conductive according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, with a typical discharge resistance of 10 to the 6th Ohm, achieved through volume conductive plastics and aluminium parts with a conductive coating.
Three Versions: Castors, Glides with Foot Ring, or Foot Release
The Cleanroom Stool is available in three versions. The base version, order code 9463R, has castors, ring release and a seat height range of 450 to 650 mm. The version with foot ring, order code 9461R, has glides, ring release and a chrome plated, height adjustable foot ring, with a higher seat range of 560 to 830 mm. The version with foot release, order code 9F63R, has castors and a foot operated seat height adjustment, particularly easy and hygienic, with a seat range of 480 to 650 mm.
Softcover for Particle Free Cleanroom Use
A soft cover beneath the seating surface conceals the ring release and the mechanics, preventing any particles from being released. Dust does not build up, and cleaning is simple and efficient.
Extra Large, Comfortable Seat
The seat is extra large, with a diameter of 400 mm, and features extra thick, soft comfort padding of 60 mm. This automatically promotes correct posture and upright, healthy sitting, and the rounded front edge of the seat prevents possible blood congestion in the thighs.
Upholstery
The Cleanroom Stool is upholstered in Magic artificial leather, black, PVC free, quick to clean and resistant to commercially available disinfectants. The upholstery is sealed with back foaming technology, specifically suited to cleanroom requirements.
Base and Castors
The base is an extra small aluminium base, 540 mm in diameter, keeping the footprint compact while leaving legroom free, fitted with cleanroom castors or glides depending on version, soft and load dependent braked, for hard floors.
Build Quality and Warranty
The Cleanroom Stool has a net weight of 7.0 kg on the castors version and 9.0 kg on the foot ring version. All materials used are recyclable by type. Every Cleanroom Stool is backed by a 10 year long term warranty, with free shipping of replacement parts throughout the entire period.

The Cleanroom Stool complies with EN 61340-5-1 for electrostatic discharge protection and DIN 68877, and carries the Tested Device seal for cleanroom use. It also carries the GS certificate for tested safety, is produced under DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management and DIN EN ISO 14001 environmental management, holds EMAS certified environmental management and OHSAS 45001 occupational health and safety management, and has an EcoVadis CSR rating of Gold.

We source ESD furniture from certified European manufacturers. When a product is in stock with our partner, it reaches our warehouse in Romania within 7 business days. For items not currently in stock or with complex configurations, manufacturing and delivery to us can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the product.
From Our Warehouse to You
Once a product is available in our stock, delivery times are:
- Romania: 2 business days
- European Union: up to 5 business days
- Non-EU countries (Serbia, Macedonia): delivery is arranged on EXW (Ex Works) terms. Goods are made available at our facility in Romania, and the buyer organizes transport and customs clearance. We prepare all export documentation. Typical road transit time to Belgrade or Skopje is 1 to 4 business days once collected, though the buyer's chosen carrier determines the final schedule.
