Metro 20 Tray™ ESD cart system with SmartTray™, Metrostat PCB, 18″x26″ footprint, superior ESD protection — designed to maximize productivity by accelerating throughput and minimizing PCB handling damage. The ESD-safe SmartTray, molded from Metrostat™, facilitates efficient tracking of work-in-process and finished goods via bar code technology. Fits all Metro tray cart systems and most competitive bottom-load designs. Includes ESD grounding cable, ESD paperwork basket, vibration suppression castors, and ergonomic handles.
Metro 20 tray esd cart system suits PCB production lines tracking work-in-process by barcode, since each SmartTray slot keeps boards separated and traceable through the full process. The bottom-load design also fits most competitive tray systems already in use, so switching carts doesn’t force a full tray replacement.

For items not currently in stock or with complex configurations, manufacturing and delivery to us can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the product.

    Once a product is available in our stock, delivery times are:

    • Romania: 2 business days
    • European Union: up to 5 business days
    • Non-EU countries (Serbia, Macedonia): delivery is arranged on EXW (Ex Works) terms. Goods are made available at our facility in Romania, and the buyer organizes transport and customs clearance. We prepare all export documentation. Typical road transit time to Belgrade or Skopje is 1 to 4 business days once collected, though the buyer's chosen carrier determines the final schedule.
