Metro Super Erecta SMT Reel Shelves for Component Reel Storage

SMT component Reel Shelving offers an efficient method of storage and transport for standard size component reels. These Super Erecta Brite plated shelves can be mixed and matched with standard Super Erecta shelving, posts and casters to create a reel handling and storage system to address the exacting needs of PCB manufacturers. 15-reel capacity for 13″ (330mm) to 15″ (381mm) reels. 78-reel capacity for 7″ (178mm) reels.

Reel Sizes Available to Order

The shelf is available to order, including custom configuration, in two versions: R1836BR-7, for reels of 178 mm diameter with 78 reels per shelf, and R1836BR-13, for reels of 330 to 381 mm diameter with 15 reels per shelf. Select the reel size in the selector above.

Dimensions, Weight and Materials

Both versions measure 914 x 455 mm (length x width). Height is 95 mm for R1836BR-7 and 108 mm for R1836BR-13. Approximate package weight is 5 kg for R1836BR-7 and 3.5 kg for R1836BR-13. Each order is for a single shelf, made of Brite-plated steel, in a silver color.

    • European Union: up to 5 business days
    • Non-EU countries (Serbia, Macedonia): delivery is arranged on EXW (Ex Works) terms. Goods are made available at our facility in Romania, and the buyer organizes transport and customs clearance. We prepare all export documentation. Typical road transit time to Belgrade or Skopje is 1 to 4 business days once collected, though the buyer's chosen carrier determines the final schedule.
