ESD Tray Inlays for Metro ESD1826T Electronics Trays

CBTC-INLAY01 offers maximum ESD protection, as well as superior resistance to heat, abrasion, and chemicals. The soft dissipative top layer makes it ideal for use in soldering and assembly areas. Easy to clean and maintain.
CBNTC-INLAY02 provides soft-surface inlay for cushioned PCB transport. Inlay provides static dissipative ESD protection. Not recommended for use in soldering and assembly applications.

Inlay Types Available to Order

The inlays are available to order, including custom configuration, in two types: Premium, CBTC-INLAY01 (premium rubber two layer inlay, dissipative on one side and conductive on the opposing side, with increased oil and heat resistance, 612.8 x 409.6 x 1.5 mm, approximately 0.7 kg) and Economy, CBNTC-INLAY02 (standard textured vinyl single layer inlay, dissipative, 609.6 x 409.6 x 2.0 mm, approximately 0.7 kg). For items not currently in stock or with complex configurations, manufacturing and delivery to us can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the product.

    Once a product is available in our stock, delivery times are:

    • Romania: 2 business days
    • European Union: up to 5 business days
    • Non-EU countries (Serbia, Macedonia): delivery is arranged on EXW (Ex Works) terms. Goods are made available at our facility in Romania, and the buyer organizes transport and customs clearance. We prepare all export documentation. Typical road transit time to Belgrade or Skopje is 1 to 4 business days once collected, though the buyer's chosen carrier determines the final schedule.
