The ESD Fin Standing Rest redefines standing work with a completely new kind of sitting experience. Designed for practically every kind of standing task in ESD protected areas, the ESD Fin Standing Rest combines an award winning design with the conductivity levels required for sensitive electronics production.

Ergonomic Standing Support

The ESD Fin Standing Rest features a comfortable and extra wide seat with 2 grab handles. Around 60% of the body weight rests on the seat, relieving pressure on the joints, ligaments, tendons and spine, and protecting circulation during long standing shifts. The comfort seat of the ESD Fin Standing Rest swivels up to 20 degrees to the left and right, expanding the range of motion for dynamic working with maximum comfort.

Height Adjustment

Seat height on the ESD Fin Standing Rest adjusts continuously from 620 to 850mm via a self supporting safety gas spring. This extra large adjustment range of 230mm gives the ESD Fin Standing Rest optimal standing support across a wide range of user heights and work surface levels.

ESD Conductivity and Safety

Conductivity on the ESD Fin Standing Rest comes from coated steel parts and conductive comfort pads, with a typical leakage resistance of 10^6 ohms. The ESD Fin Standing Rest exceeds the ESD properties specified in DIN EN 61340-5-1, delivering 100% ESD safety for use directly at the workstation.

Upholstery

The ESD Fin Standing Rest is upholstered in integral foam, ESD black. Integral foam is particularly suitable for environments where aggressive substances such as chemicals, disinfectants or moisture are present, and is resistant, robust and durable over years of daily use.

Frame and Finish

The base of the ESD Fin Standing Rest is space saving and stable, with a robust stand column tilted forward by 4 degrees for secure footing in a slightly forward leaning active working position.
